This is the preview of the latest book being created by this author.

“ run damn you run” screamed the boy “ Trap if you don’t run your not going to make it , now quit fucking around and run” Trap looked at that boy with malovelent hate and began to focus on running. The smell of sweat mingled in the quiet morning air. Pounding of his boots on the hard packed earth thudded as the same rhythem of his heart. Looking back he could see his mirror image breathing hard a few feet behind him. He knew if he didnt run his very life could depend on it. “5:42, 5;45 “ yelled the officer “ good time but not good enough “

“ Im sorry........ Andy.... I .... tried..... honest “ struggled Trap with every breath

“Its ok Trap, next time . We’ll get them next time. Cmon lets go shower” replied Andy with a painful smile.

“ TEAM 14007 .... FALL IN, DOUBLE TIME” screamed Andy.A scraggly line of 6 teenagers appeared as the began to move down the hill towards the barracks. The smell of eggs cooking was wafting on the wind, and there was no sound on the wind other than the sound of pounding feet. There was a feeling of tension and rejection surrounded them as they moved, the lost feeling of strength weighted them down as they began to march back to those dismal barracks. Time was against them and they knew it, it was there hope that some one would come and release them from their imposed training and education. They were dubbed the Children of the lost generation, the were all the children that was not adopted as a child, taken away for all the same reason . Earth was ruled by a different government than what their grandparents or great-grandparents were. All children were welcome and cared for and treated with right to protect them. The convention on the Rights of a child was implemented and ratified by 2000 by over 192 countries , only to have them taken away along with all other civil liberties as of 2022 with the creation of the UEM and the UEG. No child or adult was safe any more. Andy knew all of this as leader of his sqaud, his only hope to keep the only family he knew together was to leave or pray for some one to save them. The smell of soap and the tin ladden smell of boiled water hit them as they entered the barracks. Water now had to be boiled before they could use it, they knew no different. Dejectedly they walked towards their assigned bunks and waited for their turn at the hot water and hoped there would be enought water for them to shower before chow time and school.
